Due to the current crisis of this great nation and all around the world, we at RBC, LLC are trying to do our part to minimize the spread of Coronavirus. That is why we will continue to keep reduced face-to-face, in-person sessions at the clinic. We are opening up the office in certain circumstances to current and new client. Certain restrictions and guidelines will apply to all clients that come in to the office. Your therapist will discuss those guidelines prior to your in-office session.
We are continuing to offer teletherapy (may also be known as telehealth, telecounseling, telemental health, distance therapy, and a variety of other names).
What that is, is mental health therapy via internet connection by computer, phone, tablet, etc., utilizing both visual (camera) and sound (microphone) to have your therapy session. You are at one location and your therapist is at another.
Current clients have been contacted regarding this. New clients will talk with one of our therapist to discuss their preference for virtual or in-person. If there is ANY concern or potential for exposure to COVID, individuals should inform their therapist PRIOR to coming to the clinic.
A Teletherapy Consent has been added to the Forms/Portal tab (top of this page) and is also available through the Client Portal.

RBC, LLC has established a Client Portal to send and obtain necessary forms and documentation to provide services to current and new clients. Please go to the HOME PAGE and press the green CLIENT PORTAL button for access (current clients only). Potential new clients will not have access to the Client Portal until they contact Jeremy and it appears that teletherapy is an appropriate format for services.
