This posting in not intended to produce or increase panic or anxiety, but to help reduce the potential spread of the virus to others. Your mental and physical health is a top priority for RBC, LLC, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding during this tense time in our lives.
PHYSICAL OFFICE LOCATION
Due to the current crisis of this great nation and all around the world, we at RBC, LLC are trying to do our part to minimize the spread of Coronavirus. We will continue to keep face-to-face/in-person sessions at the clinic but also offer teletherapy (virtual) services through our HIPAA compliant platforms. Certain restrictions and guidelines may apply to clients that come in to the office. Your therapist will discuss those guidelines prior to your in-office session.
WHAT THAT MEANS
We are continuing to offer teletherapy (may also be known as telehealth, telecounseling, telemental health, distance therapy, and a variety of other names).
WHATS THAT?!
What that is, is mental health therapy via internet connection by computer, phone, tablet, etc., utilizing both visual (camera) and sound (microphone) to have your therapy session. You are at one location and your therapist is at another.
WHO WILL USE THIS SERVICE?
Current and new clients will talk with one of our therapist to discuss their preference for virtual or in-person. If there is ANY concern or potential for exposure to COVID, individuals should inform their therapist PRIOR to coming to the clinic.
A Teletherapy Consent form has been added to the Forms/Portal tab (top of this page) and is also available through the Client Portal.
